OUR PLEDGE

We at Bella Sirena Salon and Spa pledge to do the very best we can while maintaining the integrity of your hair and keeping within our brand standard. We encourage a consultation prior to booking so we can discover all your hair needs and book the appropriate service and time needed. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reschedule an appointment or refuse service for improper action or language to our team or other guests.

SERVICES REDO

We stand behind our work to continually strive for the highest quality of service. Consultations are of utmost importance to get a clear understanding of what you want to achieve. If you are not satisfied with the end result we ask for the opportunity to adjust any service to create your desired result. Most modifications needed will be free of service charge. Color Transformation redo’s will be on a case by case basis. We ask if an adjustment is needed that it be scheduled within 10 days of your initial visit. No refunds will be given.

CANCELLATIONS & TARDINESS

We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. However, you must inform us if you are unable to keep your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you cancel or change your scheduled reservation within 24 hours, you will be charged a late-notice cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. Cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment or “no-call no-show” instances will be charged 100% of services booked.

Reservations scheduled for four hours or longer, we ask for 72 hours notice prior to scheduled time. If you cancel or change your scheduled reservation within 48 hours you will be charged a late-notice cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or “no-call no-show” you will be charged 100% of the services booked.

We ask that if you are running 15 minutes late that you call and communicate with guest services how late you will be and also understand that your appointment is subject to reschedule only if the service provider cannot perform the scheduled services in the remaining time allotment.

RETURNS

We sure hope that you love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we are happy to exchange the product for another product or refund the purchase price amount within 10 days of sale.  All make­up and seasonal, limited-edition product sales are final.

GIFT CARDS

Bella Sirena Salon and Spa gift cards have no expiration date and no fees. They can be pre-loadable up to a maximum value of $500. Bella Sirena Salon and Spa gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash. Bella Sirena Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or for any unauthorized card use.

NEW CLIENT SPECIAL & SERIES

Please view SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS located under Specials tab. No refunds on multiple purchases. If multiple purchases are made, we will apply the amount spent as store credit to be used on future services only. Any series of services purchased that are at a discounted rate cannot be combined with any other promotion. You have six months to complete your series and no refunds will be given.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

We require a credit card to secure any reservations. This policy ensures that our reservations and associate’s schedules are fully utilized by minimizing late cancellations or missed appointment costs. Your credit card information is stored fully encrypted in your client profile.

ONLINE BOOKING

We now offer online booking any time with our online concierge. Booking is subject to cancellation or reschedule if appointment is booked incorrectly. Custom color transformations. extensions, perm and other speciality services are not available for online booking and require a consultation prior to booking. Pricing listed online is a starting price and could result in additional cost based on time and product usage.
